Radio Station Data and Proprietary Enhancements

This app provides access to internet radio stations and may include information from public and community-maintained sources.

The underlying radio streams, station names, logos, trademarks, and broadcaster metadata remain the property of their respective broadcasters and rights holders. This app does not claim ownership of third-party radio stations or streams.

While some base station information may come from public sources, this app adds proprietary value through curation, filtering, classification, ordering, quality checks, metadata processing, corrections, collections, recommendations, and user experience features.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the station directory through this app. You may not:

scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk export station data from the app;
copy, redistribute, sublicense, resell, or publish the app’s curated/enriched station database;
use the app’s curated station data, metadata, rankings, categories, or corrections to build, train, improve, or operate a competing app, directory, service, or database;
reverse engineer or bypass technical measures used to protect the app or its data, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
use automated tools to extract or reproduce substantial parts of the station catalog.

All proprietary app content, software, design, branding, curated collections, metadata enhancements, and database organization are protected by applicable copyright, database, unfair competition, and contract laws.
